3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refunds: All purchases of subscriptions, services, and other products from Agency are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on our website or if Agency cancels your order. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks on fees paid to Agency unless you have not received the services you ordered.

Additionally, even if Agency’s policy allows for a refund for a particular service, if we determine that your purchase was made with the intent of benefiting from the purchase and then requesting a refund (as indicated by multiple refund requests), we reserve the right to deny your refund under such circumstances.
